ITC Mall – New Administrative Capital 

ITC Mall in the New Administrative Capital is a massive commercial and administrative complex, with 8,000 square meters dedicated to the project, 30% of which is allocated to the mall. It consists of 9 floors that include both commercial and administrative units.

ITC Mall is located in MU23, between the second residential district R2 and the third residential district R3, and it boasts a strategic location near key landmarks and important roads:

• Overlooking the Green River, one of the capital’s most iconic landmarks.

• Land Area: 8,000 square meters, with the building covering 30% of the land.
• It consists of two separate buildings connected by a suspended bridge, with dual views and a massive plaza spanning 5,500 square meters.
• The building features 10 elevators, including 2 panoramic elevators for the commercial section, and 2 service elevators, along with 5 entrances.

Unit Details

• Ground Floor: Dedicated to cafes and restaurants, with spaces starting from 32 m² and shops with outdoor areas available.
• First Floor: Retail shops, with spaces starting from 56 m²
• Second Floor: Food court, with spaces starting from 45 m²

Payment Plans

• 20% down payment with equal installments over 4 years
• 25% down payment with equal installments over 5 years
• 25% discount Cash
• Maintenance deposit of 10% is due 3 months before handover

Ramadan Offer 

First Offer: 30% down payment, the remaining amount over 4 years, with the first installment after 1 year.

Second Offer: 15% down payment

• 5% upon contract
• 5% after one month
• 5% after another month (down payment spread over 3 months), with the remaining amount over 3 years.

Third Offer:

• Zero down payment, the remaining amount over 5 years.
• Monthly installment: 1%.
• Every 6 months: 14% payment for a period of 1.5 years.
